Graduate students have valuable insights that can help strengthen the academic community. This workshop invites participants to reflect on their experiences, identify growth opportunities, and develop skills for communicating their perspectives effectively.

Ideas and feedback shared during the session will help inform future discussions with university leaders and administrators, ensuring that student voices are represented thoughtfully and constructively.

You'll also have the opportunity to connect with Zia, Chair of the Advocacy Committee. This GSA committee is dedicated to advancing policy improvements and enhancing benefits for graduate students. Additionally, it hosts the annual Dialogue with Baylor Leaders Dinner, which brings together students, faculty, and administrators for meaningful discussions.

If you're interested in getting involved in advocacy, this is a great place to start!
